Oliver Twist
A new movie will be show in coming 2006- Oliver Twist- An adaptation of the classic Dickens tale, where an orphan(孤兒) meets a pickpocket on the streets of London. From there, he joins a household of boys who are trained to steal for their master.
I had seen the old version about 10-20 yrs ago with classic songs and rhythm that impressed everyone. But I am not sure which version and year. See this link from NY Times that there are a total of 15 version from 20-21 st century include some animated version. Now this is the 2005 version by Roman Polanski. DVD recommended- FlightPlan
While I am on vacation in chinese new year holiday, I rent a DVD-Flightplan by Jodie Foster.
For a mother with an accident expired husband bring her only little girl back to US all by herself, she discovered her daughter missing after she wake up and that no one on the plane saw her daughter on board, and no record on boarding. How loneliness and hopeless she is and suspected of hallucination or even depression due to sleeping pills. There is no idea of her how conspiracy occured and pick her as a target and accused as terrorist who want to set bomb to the plane. The ending is unpredictable and exciting. My comment: 2 thumbs up! 5 stars total and all. Highly recommended for everyone, especially for great mother with love to their children that noone can replace nor stolen.

Christmas holidays
Last Christmas(now already 2006)I am staying in Taipei with my family , not traveling aboard due to inproper arrangement. Still fun in Taipei and a lot of decorations with christmas tree around Taipei city.
